Reinhard Böhle, LL.M.

PARTNER

Reinhard Böhle specializes in the conception and assistance of complex competitive procedures and formal procurement procedures for contracting authorities. In addition to public procurement law, he primarily advises on contract drafting as well as budget, municipal, EU state aid, subsidy, public commercial and regulatory law. He has advised clients at federal, state and municipal level. Mr. Böhle has extensive experience in defending against complaints and review bodies.

In addition, Mr. Böhle primarily advises international bidders on their participation in competition and public procurement procedures.

Before joining WR Legal as a partner, Mr. Böhle worked as a salaried partner in the public sector and public procurement team of one of the largest commercial law firms as well as for other major law firms.

Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and Ruhr University Bochum
LL.M. postgraduate master’s degree in “Polish Commercial Law” at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service as part of the School of Polish Law)
Author of numerous specialist publications, e.g. commentary on Section 22 (exclusion from the award of public contracts) in Beck’scher Online-Großkommentar zum Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz and co-author of the book Nachhaltige Vergaben – Green Procurement
