The BAFzA has conducted a nationwide competitive tender for in-house procurement law training and awarded the contract to WR Legal. The decisive factor was in particular the quality of the training concepts submitted by the bidders.

The contract will run until the end of 2025 and can optionally be extended by one year at a time until the end of 2028. The training will take place online and at the BAFzA premises and will be aimed at around 100 of the BAFzA’s employees. In addition to national and European public procurement law, the focus will be on funding law.
