Reinhard Böhle, LL.M., most recently a salaried partner at Heuking, will join the Düsseldorf law firm WR Legal as an equity partner from June 1, 2024.

He is a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and will advise public clients at WR Legal on the conception and implementation of formal award procedures and competitive procedures as well as the use of subsidies. In addition, he advises international bidders in complex competitive procedures or award procedures.

Reinhard Böhle is thus the second partner at WR Legal with a focus on public procurement law after Dr. Jens Biemann. Biemann and Böhle have already worked together at Heuking.

With Böhle’s arrival, WR Legal’s public procurement law team has grown to two partners, one counsel (Henrik Trockel) and a public procurement manager. Biemann and Böhle intend to hire further lawyers in the near future.
