WR Legal is further expanding its leading role in advising on municipal construction projects, particularly in North Rhine-Westphalia. The city of Solingen already relied on the expertise of the Düsseldorf law firm for school refurbishment projects (Weyer and Kreuzweg elementary school). Since then, new projects have been added for the construction of two new sports halls (Theodor-Heuss-Schule and Mildred-Scheel-Berufskolleg).

The Federal City of Bonn also relies on WR Legal’s public procurement team, led by Reinhard Böhle, for the refurbishment of municipal swimming pools (Ennertbad and Melbbad).

In addition, the public procurement law practice now also advises the building management department of the city of Remscheid on school construction projects, including the Emma-Herwegh-Gymnasium.
