WR Legal advised the shareholders on the sale of DHF Holding and its two operating subsidiaries Crout and Conekkt to the Maltese telecommunications company Melita. Crout is one of the leading companies for IoT connectivity and technical consulting in Germany. Melita, an EQT portfolio company, was supported in the transaction by Camilleri Preziosi (Malta), BRP Renaud (Germany) and Mazars (Tax). The transaction was closed immediately.
