On 02.09.2025, the webinar “Legally compliant use of EU funding – award procedures and avoiding clawbacks” of the public law training campaign will take place. Henrik Trockel from WR Legal will introduce participants to the basics of grant and grant award law. Participants will receive practical advice on how to structure award procedures in order to legally secure the funding from the outset. In addition, procedures and solutions based on current case law will be discussed in the event of any funding reclaims.
