This year, teams of lawyers once again competed against each other for a good cause. On Saturday, 24 August 2024, the teams demonstrated their football skills. The proceeds from the event will go to support the football school of DJK AGON 08/MSV Düsseldorf e.V.. Girls and boys aged 5 to 11 can train for free during the summer holidays and are provided with hot meals.

The 2nd Bananenflanken Cup Düsseldorf also took place as part of the Twobirds.cup. Team Bananenflanke Düsseldorf e.V. is a non-profit organisation for cognitively impaired children and young people. For them, it’s all about the round leather, according to the motto: ‘Football knows no borders!’

We are delighted to have won 1:0 against YPOG in a thrilling final, enabling us to celebrate our first tournament victory. It was a great pleasure!
