The German market offers a variety of exciting planning tasks, especially for efficient architecture and engineering firms from Switzerland. However, the awarding of planning services in Germany differs significantly in many respects from the situation in Switzerland.

For this reason, Dr. Jens Biemann of WR Legal, together with Simon Hubacher of neubig hubacher Architekten und Stadtplaner PartGmbB, has developed a series of seminars for the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). As Switzerland’s authoritative professional association, the SIA brings together recognized qualified professionals from the fields of construction, engineering, industry and the environment.

The course sheds light on the public procurement system in Germany and addresses the main differences to Switzerland. It consists of two initial parts: Module 1A “Seize opportunities, apply successfully!” and Module 1B “Won the competition, now what?”.
