In May 2023, Secusmart GmbH was awarded a tender by BWI GmbH, the IT systems house of the German armed forces, for the procurement of highly encrypted cell phones and tablets along with the associated infrastructure. This gives it the opportunity to successfully continue a partnership with the Bundeswehr that has been established over many years. The project is worth over 400 million euros over a period of three years. Secusmart was represented as before in the negotiation of the commercial terms by RA Dr.Marc Weßling & his team.

After working briefly for a medium-sized law firm, he joined a major international law firm from 2003 to 2008.
