At the end of April, REGIOBUS Mittelsachsen GmbH successfully concluded the Europe-wide tender for the award of general planning services for the construction of a new depot by awarding the contract. Lawyer Henrik Trockel from WR Legal advised REGIOBUS Mittelsachsen GmbH on the tender procedure. The subject of the tender procedure was the award of the general planning services in accordance with the HOAI service specifications for the construction of a new depot including social building, workshop, covered parking spaces for electric buses including e-charging infrastructure.
