Dr. Marc Weßling

Dr Marc Weßling studied law in Münster and Freiburg and wrote his doctoral thesis in corporate law under Prof. Dr Ingo Saenger in 2000.
After working briefly for a medium-sized law firm, he worked for a major international law firm from 2003 to 2008. Together with a partner from a leading insolvency law firm, he subsequently founded CLP Rechtsanwälte.
At the end of 2020, the firm had grown to more than twenty professionals at its offices in Düsseldorf and Berlin.
