Dr Jan-Holger Arndt advises domestic and foreign companies, investors and founders on transactions, corporate law, financing issues, commercial and contract law as well as restructurings. A particular emphasis is on start-ups in the technology sector. Another focus of his advice is investment law and related regulatory issues.
During his many years of practice in major international law firms in Düsseldorf, New York and London, Jan Arndt gained extensive experience in cross-border projects and transactions.
