Daniela Kreuels has been a lawyer since 2019 and a specialist lawyer for public procurement law since 2023. She designs and conducts numerous public procurement procedures for public clients at federal, state and municipal level as well as funding recipients. She specializes in particular in research and development projects and technically complex contracts. She also advises clients on questions of European law, state aid law and price law.

Ms. Kreuels regularly publishes on current public procurement law issues. She is a lecturer for public procurement law at several educational institutions, including the Kommunales Bildungswerk e.V. and holds in-house training courses for clients and bidders.

Until March 2024, Ms. Kreuels worked in the public sector and procurement team of one of the largest German law firms.
