On Friday, 29.10.2021, another chapter of digital radio DAB+ was opened in NRW: 15 new DAB+ programs went on air in NRW. Our client, Uplink Network GmbH, operates parts of the required DAB+ broadcasting network for Audio Digital GmbH for this purpose. We advised our client, which is already one of the major FM transmitter network operators in Germany, during the upstream successful media law agreement procedure with the LfM, Landesanstalt für Medien NRW, and the agreements on transmitter network operation. We are looking forward to the new radio services in NRW!
